**This property requires a three-night minimum stay for arrivals between 9/3/04-9/5/04 and 11/24/04-11/26/04. A seven-night minimum stay is required for arrivals between 12/18/04-1/1/05.**

Driving Directions
400 Ridge Club Drive, Lake Tahoe, NV - From Reno Tahoe International Airport: Take US 395 South through Carson City all the way to Minden to SR 88. Once on SR 88, continue approximately two miles to Mottsville Lane and turn right (there will be a sign that says to Lake Tahoe via Kingsbury Grade, which is SR 207). At the stop sign, proceed straight across and up the grade to Tramway Drive and turn left. Follow Tramway Drive approximately two miles. The Ridge Tahoe will be on your right.

You must present a photo ID when checking in. Your credit card is charged at the time you book. These excellent rates are only available through us. Please do not call the property, as they will not have our discounted rates in their system. Bed type and smoking preferences are not guaranteed. Your reservation is prepaid and is guaranteed for late arrival. The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls, and room service will be handled directly between you and the property.

Cancellation Policy
Regular and Value seasons: Reservations cancelled 72 hours or more prior To arrival will be assessed a charge of $25. Reservations cancelled less Than 72 hours prior to arrival are non refundable.
Holiday periods (9/3/04-9/5/04 and 11/24/04-11/26/04): Reservations Cancelled 15 days or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25. Reservations cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival are non Refundable.
Christmas and New Year's periods (12/18/04-1/1/05): Reservations cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival are non Refundable.
A $25 change fee applies once the reservation has been confirmed.
A credit imprint may be required at time of check-in for telephone and any Incidental charges that may be incurred.
